1. Introduction

Welcome to Sister Size! These Sales Terms & Conditions outline our policies regarding purchases, deliveries, returns, and refunds. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices on our website are in GBP (£) and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

3. Delivery & Shipping

We currently deliver within the UK and selected international locations.

UK Delivery Times and Prices

Standard UK delivery: £3.95 / 2-5 working days after dispatch / Free on orders over £85

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • Your order will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service
  • Tracking number will be provided via text
  • No signature is required on delivery

Express UK Delivery: £4.95 / 1-2 working days after dispatch / Free on orders over £100

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • Your order will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service
  • Tracking number will be provided via text and you can track your return on the www.royalmail.com/track-your-item 
  • No signature is required on delivery

Special Next Day Delivery: £7.95 / Next day 

  • Order must be placed before 11:30 am to guarantee next day delivery 
  • Excludes Monday and Sunday and public holidays
  • Your order will be sent via Royal Mail Next Day service
  • Tracking number will be provided via text
  • Signature required

Click & Collect – FREE 

  • Collection from London boutique
  • Tue – Sun / 12pm – 5pm
  • Email sistersize@gmail.com or text 07935 544 652 the day before to allow for a smooth collection wrapped and ready to go

International Delivery Times and Prices

European Standard Delivery: £7.55 / 7-12 working days after dispatch

  • International shipping times vary depending on location.
  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • All prices exclude customs duties and local taxes
  • No tracking available and no signature is required
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a parcel reference number. 

European Track and Signed Delivery: £11.95 / 7-12 working days after dispatch

  • Available for EU countries only
  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • All prices exclude customs duties and local taxes
  • Tracking number provided
  • Signature required

International Standard Delivery: £9.95 / 7-14 working days after dispatch

  • Non EU countries only
  • Orders dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • All prices exclude customs duties and local taxes
  • No tracking available
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a parcel reference number via text

International Track and Signed Delivery: £12.45 / 7-14 working days after dispatch

  • Non EU countries only
  • Orders dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • All prices exclude customs duties and local taxes
  • Tracking number provided and signature

4. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
    • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on knickers, bodysuits, or breast accessories unless faulty.
  • How to Return an Item:

    • Pack the item securely and include your order details.
    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
    • Return all items to: 1 Thorpe Close, Pod 7-8, London, W10 5XL
  • Exchanges:
    • We do not offer direct exchanges online. If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order. However, if Items are unworn with the tags still attached and in its original packaging, then we may be able to do an exchange in store only.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund within 7-10 working days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • If your return does not meet our policy, it may be sent back to you at your expense.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, if applicable.
